Deposit amounts are reflected in your account wallet after successful processing by the payment provider. 88phl is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or system outages. If a deposit is not reflected within a reasonable period, contact support through your account dashboard and provide proof of the transaction.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The name on the receiving bank account or e-wallet must match the verified name on your 88phl account.
All bets placed on 88phl are binding once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming. Requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets will not be accommodated except in cases where the platform identifies a technical error that affected the bet.
Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant governing body — for example, PBA for Philippine basketball, or the relevant international federation for football and boxing. Live casino outcomes are determined by real dealer actions as captured on stream. Slot outcomes are determined by the game's certified random number generator.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the stated requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance. 88phl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in account action up to and including suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. Do not share these with anyone. 88phl staff will never ask for your password or OTP through any channel.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately through your account dashboard and change your password. 88phl uses SSL encryption across all platform transactions and OTP-based login verification to protect your account. These protections are effective only when you also take reasonable steps to secure your own device and credentials.
Using the platform on shared or public devices is done at your own risk. Always log out after each session on a shared device. 88phl is not liable for losses resulting from account access by a third party where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88phl and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
Where prohibited conduct is identified, 88phl reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Any balances confirmed to have been generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
88phl takes responsible gaming seriously. Every registered account has access to deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options directly from the account dashboard — no support contact is required to activate these tools.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
88phl may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform and the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after an update is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any update to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining balance in your account before the updated Terms take effect.
